The Jockey Club Gold CupThe Beau Greely trained Borrego made it look easy in The 87th Jockey Club Gold Cup. Borrego took command at the turn, was taken in hand and galloped home easily. Ridden by regular rider Garrett Gomez, the four-year-old El Prado colt appears to have plenty left for The Breeders' Cup Classic. Pre-race favorite Flower Alley finished fourth but is still being aimed at The Classic, while fifth place finisher Imperialism will probably run in The Sprint |
