This looked like a two horse race on paper. Fleet Indian came in with a six race win streak including a recent win in The Delaware Handicap. The hot Darley Stable had Balletto in the gate. Balletto barely missed catching Spun Sugar in The Go For Wand earlier in the meet. Fleet Indian went to the front, slowed the pace to a crawl and came home easily to notch win number 7. Next for Fleet Indian, possibly The Beldame at Belmont Park on October 7th.
